At Accelerate, we believe that the best medical innovations are built hand-in-hand with the people they aim to support. We are currently working with a leading UK university on a project exploring patient views on a possible new treatment for breast cancer, and we are looking for people who are willing to share their personal experiences.
We are inviting people who are in remission after breast cancer to take part in a confidential online interview, held on Teams or Zoom. The conversation will last up to 45 minutes.
Your perspective is incredibly valuable. By sharing your experience, you can help ensure that researchers understand the real needs, concerns and priorities of patients. This is a key part of PPIE (Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement), where lived experience directly helps shape new technologies.
To thank you for your time, participants will receive a £50 honorarium.
If you are interested in taking part, or would simply like more information before deciding, please get in touch with us. We would be very happy to hear from you.
